STARFIELD MOUSE SCALE CALCULATOR: DOCUMENTATION - 1.0.0

:: THIS PROGRAM IS SELF CONTAINED AND NEEDS NO INSTALLATION, IT RUNS LIKE A PORTABLE APP ::

1) Download the program and run it
2) Choose your resolution via the dropdown menu or by manually typing it in
3) Either type in your own fMouseHeadingXScale= value, or leave it the program's default 0.021 which is a good starting point
4) If you want to disable mouse acceleration, check off "Disable mouse acceleration"
5) Press the "Calculate" button
6) Either press the "Open Starfield Config Folder" button or manually navigate to %USERPROFILE%\Documents\My Games\Starfield
7) Press the Copy to Clipboard Button or Manually copy the Calculated output
8) Open your StarfieldCustom.ini that should be in the %USERPROFILE%\Documents\My Games\Starfield folder, if it's not create StarfieldCustom.ini yourself.
9) Paste the Calculator's output into the StarfieldCustom.ini file and save. example:

10) Enjoy Starfield with a hopefully better mouse feel

• Calculates fMouseHeadingYScale= based on fMouseHeadingXScale='s value * (resolution). Example: 0.021 * (2560/1440)
• Dropdown resolution selection with a user enterable field if a custom resolution not in the dropdown is required

• User field to enter a manual fMouseHeadingXScale= if the default program's 0.021 isn't optimal
