1: Go to the New Atlantis ship technician
2: Use the command "bat shipyardcheat" from the 1st mod
3: Load the 2nd mods cheat engine table and enable "Remove max power restrictions, reactor count, shield count)
You can build most of this ship without this 2nd mod but it will require customization.
