Extract MainMenuLoop.bk2 to the Data\Video directory where your game is installed (where Starfield.exe is). Make sure to backup your original MainMenuLoop.bk2 file.

The Optional folder in this archive contains a horizontally mirrored version of the video, if you prefer that.
