Download the latest version of Reshade

In the launcher choose the starfield.exe 

Choose DirectX 10/11/12

Install all packs

Once you download reshade simply drag the file into your starfield directory.

Should look something like this
C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\Starfield

Then once ingame press home and load the ini file ontop


You can always tweak your settings. Enjoy.
