Put the content of the 'new' folder inside "C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\Yu-Gi-Oh!  Master Duel\LocalData\????????\0000".
('????????' is a folder with a bunch of random characters)

Do the same for the Backup folder if you want to revert it.
