Derived from the other e3 mod on here. but i actually made it look good. 

go to: ph/work/bin/x64 in the dl2 root folder.

drag everything in the provided zip into that x64 folder.

Launch the game and press Z to open the reshade menu. Click the drop down on the top of the reshade menu to make sure the Dying Light 2 E3 Mod is the selected preset.

Enjoy! make whatever adjustments you like. Id recommend adding a bit more saturation/vibrance or maybe a slight tint of blue? i like this personally tho.
