Singleplayer files will go under UserMissions in your War Thunder File
Normally, that would be under
c:/Program Files(x64)/Steam/Steamapps/common/WarThunder/UserMissions 
(Roughly, I don't have it there)

Multiplayer, you copy the discord link I posted in the description, and then
do "Add Mission" in game when you select the Custom Battles tab
