Okay here's a run down of what the files contain. MCoalesced.ini is a readable text file that shows what settinsg were altered in the Coalesced.ini file. Make sure to backup your Coalesced.ini file by putting it in a safe folder before you overwrite your Coalesced.ini file with the Coalesced.ini file mod you downloaded from nexusmods.

What the Coalesced.ini file does is pretty extensive but I''l try to share most of the dramatic changes. This mod allows all characters to use: 
shield L key (be careful only optimus and megatron can safely use this without crashing!!)
shockwave Z key
cloaking P key
Whirlwind H key (be careful some characters cannot perform this animation and game will crash!!)
Hover J key
Grapple K key (be careful only Jazz can use grapple in Fall of cybertron game in rise of darkspark grapple is more accessible!!)
Barrier N key

Boost key is not rightmouse anymore it is Y key (I did this because I had trouble aiming while boosting for gyro aiming.)
Unlimited Ammo U key
Debug camera mode X key
God mode F4 key
Teleport F6 ( to use teleport you have to aim down sights and press the key.. be careful you can clip through some walls)
Double character size F7 (unfortunately increasing the size of your character by any amount will make them transparent and see through but its still cool)
Normal size F9
mini size the 3 key  (not numpadthree)
Regular timescale NumberPadZero
Slowmo .5 NumberPadtwo
Even more slowmo .3 Numberpadthree
quicksave numberpadfour (not really working)
quickload numberpadfive  (not really working)
Play dance animation in cliffjumper's first chapter B
End the dance animation in cliffjumper's first playable chapter G
equip corruptor gun 4 key
equip shockwave gun 5 key
equip sawblade 6 key
eqip riot gun 7 key
equip heavy pistol 8 key
equip draingun 9 key

Other changes include increasing tubro and nitro speeds for truck tank and car modes!
Ammo counts have also increased for guns!
Field of view keys are F2 F3 F5 F8 F10
Toggle Hud is F1 key

Depth of field and distortion are diabled. 

There are probably some other minor tweaks, but this was all done for powering up the character!
