1: Get Delta Patcher Program from Romhacking.net
2: Download the mod
3: Open Delta Patcher
4: In The "Original File" select Judgment.exe  (It sould be in your steamapps/common/Judgment/runtime/media)
5: In The "Xdelta Patch" select Auto_Camra_Off.xdelta
6: Apply.
