Get reshade here: https://reshade.me/

After reshade installation drop the files into "C:\SteamLibrary\steamapps\common\Hogwarts Legacy\Phoenix\Binaries\Win64" you should see some reshade files already there. Overwrite these files.

Launch Hogwarts Legacy!
