YOU NEED TO EXTRACT THE RAR FILE AND PUT THE PAK ARCHIVE IN FLUFFY MOD MANAGER RE 4 MODS

JUST LIKE BEFORE BUT NOW IT IS A PAK FILE

LIKE SO 
MODMANAGER\Games\RE4R\Mods





Activate it and profit



I have not encounter a bug so far but there may be one
