Installation Guide:

You can get Ultima Underworld Unity ("UnderworldExporter" by Hank Morgan) here:

Extract the ZIP file 
Download this mod (Ultima Underworld Unity Music) and extract folder "UW1music" 
Go inside the "UnderworldExporter" folder and open 'config.ini' in an editor.

Under ";Path Options" put the complete path to your original Ultima Underworld: The Stygian Abyss files next to "Path_UW1=".
E.g.: "Path_UW1=E:\Games\GOG Galaxy\Ultima Underworld\game\UW\"
(If you are using the GOG.com version extract the "game.gog" to a new folder and point to that instead. See readme of "UnderworldExporter".)

Under ";Music" put the complete path to the "UW1music" folder next to "UW1_Soundbank="
E.g.: "UW1_Soundbank=E:\Games\UWE\UW1music\"
Use "Underworld Exporter.exe" to start the game
