Allows player to create character in campaign, using all races available in multiplayer.

INSTALATION:
-Unpack to your Fallout Tactics folder

DEINSTALATION:
-Delete AllRaces.bos from your Fallout Tactics folder/core

Mod adds new character prefabs. Just choose prefab and click "modify" to create your character.
