Mod enables developer console, as well as adds simple FlyCam 

[INSTALL]:
1. STEAM: Go to your Steam Library, find "Robocop", right-click, Manage -> Browse Local Files.
   This is your game root folder.
2. Extract content of the zip-archive inside root folder. If you did everything correctly,
   files "ABPML.*", "VTSpectator.*" will be present inside
   "Game\Content\Paks\".
3. Installation complete.

[UNINSTALL]:
Delete aforementioned files

[USAGE]
[`] :: console
Alt+F1 :: FlyCam
Hold LeftShift :: Faster movement
Hold LeftAlt :: Slower movement
Ctrl+F1 :: Teleport character to cam position
Ctrl+F2 :: Toggle game HUD
Ctrl+F3 :: Toggle game Pause
CTRL+= :: Speed game up
CTRL+- :: Speed game down
CTRL+0 :: Reset speed
Shift+ESC :: Recover player camera, if it breaks after you return


[KNOWN ISSUES]
1. FlyCam mod might interfere with Gamepad in this game. Delete "VTSpectator.*"
   if you dont need it.
