Base Files folder contains base version.
Option Files folder contains presets for hair, eyes, head.

How to install base version:
- Drag-drop "data_pc" folder into where your game folder. e.g C:\Program Files\Epic Games\Alan Wake 2\
- Run the game! GLHF!

How to install optionals:
- Drag-drop eyes .tex files into ...Alan Wake 2\data_pc\textures\characters\humans\modules\andro\heads\melanie_liburd_default_head
- Drag-drop hair .tex files into ...Alan Wake 2\data_pc\textures\characters\humans\modules\andro\accessories\saga_anderson_default_hair
- Drag-drop head .tex files into ...Alan Wake 2\data_pc\textures\characters\humans\modules\andro\heads\melanie_liburd_default_head
- Run the game! Easy-peasy, lemon squeezy!

p.s. To delete black costume you should delete
saga_anderson_default_outfit, saga_anderson_default_shoes, saga_anderson_fbi_jacket
from
...Alan Wake 2\data_pc\textures\characters\humans\modules\andro\tops
