Please be aware, Railloader and Strange Customs are REQUIRED for this whistle pack to work.

To install this mod, there are 2 options:

1) Drag and drop the zip file over the Railloader icon

OR

2) Extract the zip file and copy the tss_whistles folder found within the Mods folder to the Mods folder within your Railroader Install.
