Remove Io Warpath Gambling - 1.0.0
This mod completely removes the secondary function of the Mage's Warpath sigil. There is no longer any chance of Io not consuming Mystic Vortex orbs after casting Stargaze V, nor can the sigil grant the Focused buff anymore. To balance this out, Stargaze V now always generates one Mystic Vortex orb upon being cast. Note that for balance reasons, this orb cannot be canceled into a Quick Cast Stargaze, unlike her charge attack and her orb-generating skills

::  KNOWN ISSUES::
• Due to modding limitations, the Stargaze V orb refund effect will take place as long as the mod is in use, regardless of whether the warpath sigil is equipped or not.
