open up balatro.exe with 7zip and go into resources-> textures -> collabs -> 1x/2x-> rename and replace the collab art of any heart skins with the jakq cards (EXAMPLE rename the file to collab_AU_1.png and slap them in the archive, rinse and repeat)

Collab names to replace, Default is among us (rename to collab_[BLANK]_1/2):
AU = Among Us
TBoI = The Binding of Isaac
CL = Cult of the Lamb
D2 = Divinity: Original Sin 2
