REQUIREMENTS:
Install the Nimbus Mod Loader.

INSTALLATION:
Extract the .zip file and put the contained folder in the "Mods" folder made by the Nimbus Mod Loader.

CONTENTS:
Adds a Water Vegeta transformation to Scouter Vegeta that uses Super Saiyan Early Z Vegeta's moveset.

KNOWN ISSUES:
The transformation animation has some weird camera rotation, but I don't think I can fix it because it's a problem with Scouter Vegeta's transformation animation.
