This mod changes the weapon stats of Unique named weapons to be more... Unique. A lot of Uniques in the game have either barely-noticable effects, or have serious drawbacks that arent transparent to the player. Some of these modifications may seem overtuned, but these are supposed to be mostly rare custom-tooled weapons. I did not make any changes to DLC-exclusive weapons.
