First Create a New Folder in the save games Folder 
File name: 0-438898 
Drop the Save file in this folder and add it to your user save games


Please save your save file in this path
C:\Users\Username\Documents\BioWare\Dragon Age The Veilguard\save games\User save folder  

Then to use it as your own start a new game and click Import character at the Character creation screen.
