Install to your game.exe

Select DirectX 10/11/12

uncheck and then recheck the box to download all shaders.
Drop the .dll file into the Path of Exile 2 folder, you will see other reshade files now populating the directory.

Reshade will now launch with PoE 2, load preset from within ReShade, 
Open ReShade with the Home key, set other hotkeys in settings, enable loading only shaders in use, and toggle performance mode bottom right of ReShade Home Tab.
