INSTRUCTIONS: 1. Unzip the "BetterEnchanting" folder 2. Navigate to C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\Oblivion Remastered\OblivionRemastered\Content\Dev\ObvData\Data (or wherever your oblivion is installed) 3. Place the "BetterEnchanting.esp" file in the folder you navigated to on step 2 4. In this same "Data" folder holding all the other ESP and BSA files there will be a "Plugins.txt" file. Open it and copy this to the bottom of the list: BetterEnchanting.esp 5. In the top left of the Notepad click "File" and in the dropdown menu click "Save" The mod should now be activated. In later versions I would like to learn about how I can allow multiple constant effect enchantments to be placed on a single item, but unfortunately I am a noob and I couldn't find any documentation about it on the TES Construction set forums or anywhere online.
