Basically, what this mod does is skip the game's intro startup automatically.

Installation: just open your game's folder:
POSTAL2Complete
and paste (Startup.fuk) it into the folder:
Maps

Result:
POSTAL2Complete\Maps\Startup.fuk


Tested on version 5100 and beta 5025. (maybe it works in other versions.)
I made this mod entirely for the NucleusCoop spliscreen project (https://nucleus-coop.github.io/). if you want to play split screen.

How to Remove the mod:
just check your files on steam, or before installing the mod, make a backup of Startup.fuk to restore in the future.
