Modified line: ParamVec("fpp_cam_offset", 0.00, 0.00, 0.00), changed to ParamVec("fpp_cam_offset", 0.00, 1.0, -3)

Two ways to instal this mod, 
1/you open your data3.pak (Dying Light Enhanced Edition\DW\data3.pak) with 7zip, and you put the folder "data" of the mod in. 

2/ OR use data3.pak if you have not others mods installed.

If you want to edit values, put ".txt" at the end of the file "buggy_wasteland_camera_params.scr", open it with notepad, modifiy it, save it, close it, and DON'T FORGET to take off the ".txt" at the end of the file! Done!
