Drag and drop the file in
...\SteamLibrary\SteamApps\common\DarkestDungeon\heros\abomination\
I used the abominathion_J key if you already have a J one just change the letter by one you don't have

you can also repace in fx abomination.sprite.rake by this one it just make the stikes red
