1. Nexus Mod Manager - The easiest way.
2. Manual - um.....why? lol.
Download the file in your the witcher 3 Wild Hunt\Mods folder.
Mine is like C:\Program Files (x86)\GalaxyClient\Games\The Witcher 3 Wild Hunt\Mods (GOG is awesome)
