for let the mods work, just made a folder called mods in The Witcher 3 Wild Hunt folder and put the mods inside

Then, download HereticFX from Nexus, unzip all the 3 files (Reshade folder, d3d11.dll, reshade.fx) into The Witcher 3 Wild Hunt/bin/x64

for GOG version is : GOG Games/The Witcher 3 Wild Hunt/bin/x64

for Steam version is: Steam/steamapps/common/The Witcher 3 Wild Hunt/bin/x64

Done!
