Manually install like any other mod: 

-Unpack the ZIP.
-Create "Mods" folder in The Witcher 3 main install folder, if it is your first mod.
-Copy the unpacked folder and paste it inside "Mods" folder. 

For unistalling, simply remove "modGuardsStealFix" folder from "Mods" folder.
