Install as DLC, the above folder is placed into your "The Witcher 3\DLC\" directory

The goggle items are available to purchase from Fergus Graem at Crow's Perch
The parestisomach items can be bought from Toussaint alchemists (i.e the merchant at the camp where you find Count Beledal)
Alternatively all items can be obtained from the following console commands:

If the item names are missing navigate to "The Witcher 3\bin\config\base\" and open the localization.ini file. Change "UsePlaceholdersForMissingStrings" from false to true, save and close the file.
