Installation :
I.Manuel Installation
1.REPLACE the ddf ,txd and cols  files in gta3.img
2.Enjoy :D


OR             II:Modloader
1.extract the Folder"Libertystatue" inside the modloader folder to your GTA SA's modloader folder .
There you go enjoy :D
